In the interest of maintaining safe, orderly and efficient operations, guns and other weapons/fire arms are completely prohibited.

Use or possessions of arms by employees (except authorized security personnel) while working or on cruise or residing on any job site including all waterborne operations or property / vessels under the company may result in immediate dismissal.

Crew register shall be maintained at all vessels take off point.

Employees may be subjected to voluntary searches prior to movements from port.

It is policy of Elshcon Nigeria Limited to identify, evaluate and manage the risks to personnel, property and information, arising from crime, civil disorder, terrorism, and acts of war, in order to minimize their impact on the business.

Security risks should be identified and documented for all key activities.

Security plans shall be developed in consultation with the Company’s Security Adviser describing the security arrangements and how they are to be managed.

Staff shall be responsible for arranging and managing their own security in accordance with the rules of engagement.
